An entrepreneur at heart, having Master’s degree in commerce, Rachana ventured into the dynamic realm of event planning and soon became the proud founder of her successful business. Little did she know that life's unexpected turns would shape her into a remarkable advocate for children with hearing impairment. In 2008, Rachana and her husband faced a life-altering revelation when their 2-year-old son was diagnosed with a hearing impairment. Rather than succumbing to despair, Rachana channeled her strength and determination into supporting her child and others facing similar circumstances. Through unwavering commitment, she transformed adversity into a catalyst for positive change. Today, Rachana's son, a 17 years old, thrives as a student at Navrachana School and has blossomed into a talented sportsman.
